No Guilt Sinfully Sweet Diet Delights

Ask any woman what food they crave most when on a diet and they’ll tell you it’s chocolate. Just for you, here is a simple, sugar free, low calorie recipe for a chocolate trifle that it sure to please!

You will need:

Sugar-free chocolate cake mix

Eggs, oil and any other ingredients on the cake mix box

2 boxes sugar-free chocolate pudding

3 cups of cold skim milk

2 tubs of sugar-free whipped cream

Sugar-free hard butterscotch candies, crushed

A clear bowl for the trifle

Bake the cake according to the directions on the cake mix.This helps explain it more. When the cakeis done, let it cool for awhile. You’ll want it completely cooled, so take it out of the pan as well. While the cake is cooling, go ahead and mix your milk and pudding together and give it a few minutes to set, whatever the box recommends time wise is best. Once the cake is cooled thoroughly, crumble half into the bottom of the bowl. Top with half the pudding then one tub of whipped cream and half the candy. Repeat the process for the second layer and you’ll have the best looking, most sinfully delicious sugar-free treat you’ve ever had.
